Remington’s Rebrand

Brand Package

The importance of personal branding has been a struggle for over a decade aside from a calling card signature. Never being satisfied with a design, it took competitive pressure to deliver a professional identity to compliment the work produced. With a distinctive name bordering on a pseudonym, it was only necessary to give a visual to such a memorable moniker. Confidently and comfortably, the king has finally been crowned.

About the Design

With the surname of “King,” it was essential to capitalize on the symbolism of royalty while keeping the edge and attitude correlated with such a charismatic enigma. Producing countless renderings for years on end, the theme of a crown was consistent. In lieu of incorporating a full name or just a symbol, simplifying to a monogram that’s structure resembled the aforementioned crown. Despite the vivid colors saturating majority of works, the stark contrast of black and white lends itself to the juxtaposition to the related works. It’s fair to say, this design has personally been worth the wait.
